Why This Intensive Exists

Most events say models are essential… but then treat you like filler.

You show up prepared, you bring the energy, and somehow you still spend half the day waiting—while photographers chase their own agenda.

This intensive was built to be the opposite: a smaller room with a clear plan where models get real camera time, discussed and coordinated looks, and a pace that keeps the whole experience moving.

You’re not here to “support” someone else’s weekend.
You’re here to be featured — and to leave with work you’re proud to post for self promoting purposes.

Event Flow

*Friday Afternoon — Two Featured Looks

You’ll model two distinct looks in the afternoon designed to give you variety and range.
Expect a paced rotation so you’re not stuck waiting while the room drifts.

*Friday Night — Moonlit Creative Session (One Look)

The night session leans into the Moonlit aesthetic — cinematic, mood-forward, and a little bolder.
Each model participates in one Moonlit look, giving you a third, visually different set.

*Saturday Morning — SFX Bonus Session (only 2 models will be utilized)

We’ll wrap with a bonus SFX education session Saturday morning — a practical look at what reads on camera and how hair/makeup elevates the final image in this genre.

Remaining models will be used to shoot promo merch they will gifted afterwards.

Overnight accommodations will be shared.
Participants should be comfortable with the possibility of sharing bedrooms and, in some cases, sharing beds depending on room configuration.

The goal is to keep the experience intimate and accessible while allowing everyone who wants to stay overnight to do so.

Is this a conference?

No. This is a small intensive with a clear production flow designed to keep models utilized and the experience moving.

What should I bring?

Bring basics for comfort and quick changes (robe, neutral undergarments, comfy shoes), plus any small personal items you rely on. You’ll receive prep guidance before the event.

What’s the schedule and flow at a high level?

Friday includes two afternoon looks + one Moonlit night look. Saturday morning includes a bonus SFX education session.

What if I’m rusty or not “advanced” enough—will I feel out of place?

If you’re professional, collaborative, and excited to create, you’ll fit. This is designed to support models—no pressure to “perform” without direction.

Venue Logistics & Movement Expectations

Expect a multi-room environment with active transitions. Plan to keep your personal items manageable.

Will I have my own room for the overnight stay?

No. Overnight accommodations are shared.

Do I have to spend the night?

Overnight is part of the intensive design and factored into the fee, you can opt out at your discretion but the fee is necessary to cover expenses to make this possible that span across all areas of the event not just lodging.
